Out of court dispute resolution
Irrespective of our participation in a procedure for alternative dispute resolution, we are subject to a legal obligation to inform you that the European Commission has created a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) to provide a mechanism for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. You can find the platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. DCS GmbH will not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body, and is under no obligation to do so.
